We have local partners in Sindhuli and Jhapa to promote commercial bamboo farming and pre-processing. Our state-of-the-art factory in Badeldhaap, Hetauda-14 is where we collect, process, and scientifically treat bamboo using a rigorous 9-step preservation method recommended by Base Bahay Foundation—a global leader in disaster-resistant and ecological housing solutions. This treatment ensures durability, making our bamboo resistant to termites and extending the lifespan of our products by several decades. To enhance accessibility, we also operate a factory at Patan Industrial Estate (D-7) as a center for manufacturing bamboo furniture and handicrafts, strategically positioned to supply products quickly to Kathmandu and surrounding areas. With a team of experts boasting over 20 years of experience, we seamlessly blend traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to create high-quality bamboo products and structures. Our expertise spans multiple disciplines, ensuring innovation, sustainability, and durability in every project we undertake. One of our core strengths lies in innovation. We incorporate Cement Bamboo Frame Technology (CBFT) from the Base Innovation Center in the Philippines and Bahareque Technology from INBAR in China to develop cost-effective, climate-resilient, and environmentally friendly homes. These techniques enhance the structural integrity of bamboo, making it a reliable alternative for sustainable housing. We have also partnered with Madan Bhandari University of Science and Technology (MBUST) to research on bamboo structures. Our Hetauda factory is a hub for manufacturing CBFT, bamboo panels and slats as pre-processed raw materials for the furniture and construction industries. Our passion for Natural & Vernacular Architecture drives us to use materials such as bamboo, stone, wood, and hemp. By integrating these natural resources, we create stunning structures that are aesthetically pleasing and also harmonise with the environment. Each design reflects a deep respect for nature while ensuring functionality and longevity.
